Invitation to Summer Days

DEAR IPA FRIENDS!

 

16th Summer Days of IPA Estonian section are held on 13-15 July 2012 at Vehendi Motel
which is situated in Vehendi Village, Rannu Parish, Tartu County.
(GPS coordinates: 58°13'27" N; 26°07'55" E)
 
This year’s theme for the Summer Days is “WILD WEST!”
 
You are welcome to bring your family, children and friends!
 
Registration process has already begun and lasts until 9 July. 
Participation fee should preferably be prepaid upon registration, but we accept payments on site if prepayment is not possible.
 
Participation fee:
Adults (15-...years) 17 EUR
Children (8-14 years) 10 EUR
Children (up to 7 years) free of charge
 
Participation fee includes: thematic entertainment programme and events, camping (bring your own tents), catering on Saturday and on Sunday morning.
 
A buffet will be open on the territory. PS! Keep in mind that only cash payment is accepted!
 
In addition to camping, first registered participants will be offered a possibility to book a bed in the house (2 nights’ tariff: 16 EUR per person). There are twin, 3-bed and 4-bed rooms in the house. Apart from the house, it is also possible to stay in 4-bed camping houses for 4 or 6 EUR/person/2 nights.
